1. How long will it take to process my order?
When purchasing the following processing times apply:
Processing time: 2-7 Business Days Shipping: 7-14 Business Days. If for any reason additional processing time is required you will be contacted by our team to discuss.
2. Can you help me out with my logo and branding?
Of course. Most of the time people in the fashion world already come to us with an established brand they want to carry over into their audience. We can work with what you haven and can also help you out with the branding for your company if you don't have a concept or logo .
3. Is each product a custom order?
Yes, we at StorY pride ourselves on great customer service, and real time expectation for the best products. Each of our products are made to order and may not be an exact match to the original. We do promise to keep the same concept of your original choice, but please understand we range from XS-XXXL in most of our garments and each design does not always compliment each size.
